- Student Sales/Support - The HiEd store is a place where students can take advantage of a variety of academic discounts. Our staff is trained on university system recommendations and provides guidance to students on system and application selection.
- Prompt Planning and Stocking - HiEd coordinates with technology manufacturers to offer seasonal promotions and bring in a high stocking level of products for critical times. It is a tremendous benefit to the student to be able to pick up items on campus before the start of classes instead of having to place orders, wait for delivery and possibly incur shipping charges.
- Software Contract Implementation - Many student software license contracts require the university to control distribution of the licenses and media. HiEd manages this through our point-of-sale tracking and reporting system. Our system limits the sale of controlled items and can generate sales reports on demand.
- Apple, Dell & HP Education Discounts - HiEd Technology Stores provide educational discounts on Apple, Dell and Hp products. As your university’s Apple Authorized Campus Store*, we’re the only retail location other than an Apple-owned store that your faculty, staff and students can visit to purchase Apple at education pricing. HiEd can also provide M/S/W owned business credit for university purchases (subject to certification by state and local government).

www.campuscomputer.comHiEd has operated the Campus Computer Store at the University of Texas at Austin since 1998. We provide management of an on-campus retail store which stocks hardware and software for departmental and individual purchases. We also facilitate orders of non-stocked products. HiEd works with UT Austin and the UT System Office to maximize the volume license offerings to the UT community and provides tracking tools to ensure that sales and distribution of licenses and media is in compliance with contract terms. Technical services include hardware repair, OS cleaning/reload and imaging of new systems for a mandatory buy notebook program for the College of Education. The most popular computer brands sold and serviced at the UT Campus Computer Store are Apple and Dell.
www.smucomputercorner.comSMU Computer Corner is the primary hardware and software contract vendor for the university and has been operated by HiEd since 1999. We facilitate orders of non-stocked products for both departmental and individual purchasers. HiEd works with SMU to maximize the volume license offerings to the SMU community and provides tracking tools to ensure that sales and distribution of licenses and media is in compliance with contract terms. The Computer Corner also offers consumer electronics and special student payment options coordinated through Enrollment Services. The most popular computer brands sold and serviced at SMU are Apple and HP. Technical services include hardware repair, OS cleaning/reload and new system imaging and installation.
